Delete an Attribute

Warning

When you delete an attribute, it is removed from all activity types where it is currently used. On all activities where a value has been set for the deleted attribute, the values are deleted.

Deleting an attribute is permanent. After an attribute has been deleted, it is not possible to recover the attribute, its configuration, or previously set values.

To delete an attribute, follow these steps:

  1. In side navigation, click Activities.

  2. In the Activities view, click .

    3. The settings for activity configuration are displayed.

  3. Click Attribute Definitions in the menu on the left side.

    4. The Attribute Definitions page with a table of all existing attributes is displayed.

  4. Search the attribute you want to delete: On the top of the page, enter name or type in the Search field.

    The results of the search are displayed in the table.

  5. Select the attribute you want to delete.

  6. Above the table, click Delete.

    7. A security prompt is displayed.

  7. Click Yes.

You have deleted the attribute.
